From checking your account details and making payments to reporting faults, this app offers you convenience, speed, and security. Here are some key services offered:

  • Ongoing fees
  • Objected charges
  • Due date of your bill
  • Last payment date registered
  • Amount of last payment registration
  • Account status
  • Balance
  • Service address
  • Postal address
• Electronic invoice:
  • View, save, and print invoices instantly
  • Make payments using credit cards, checking or savings accounts
• Payment history
• Status of orders:
  • The system provides updates on the status of all service orders registered in your name
• Invoice claim:
  • If you disagree with any of the charged amounts, you can submit a claim on or before the due date
• Payment claim:
  • Not seeing a payment reflected on your account or labeled as "in transit" despite having made it? You can now file a claim online in just a few minutes
• Invoice not received:
  • If you're not receiving your bills via mail, simply connect to the app, select the account(s) you're missing invoices for, and we'll initiate an investigation
• Issue report:
  • If you come across any issues, simply use your mobile phone to take a photo, provide basic information, and report it
